Espresso Martini

🥘 Ingredients

• Espresso
  double shot, ~35ml
• Ice
• Kahlua
  12.5 ml
• Vodka
  35 ml

   In a shaker : - Ice - Espresso - Vodka - Kahlua Shake HARD for that microfoam. Strain, keep strainer near the edge of the shaker to catch bits of ice (because you shook so hard) and don't give in to the temptation to pour everything out. The last part will be very thick foam that's no fun to drink.

   Ice, Espresso: double shot, ~35ml, Vodka: 35 ml, Kahlua: 12.5 ml
